Brystar provides precision metrology solutions with an impressive selection of quality measuring instruments to help improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs. Shop here for new and refurbished hardness testers in portable, bench, analog and digital models. We offer precision metrology instruments for material testing that include: Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges for measuring thickness in hard to measure areas; Height Gages for precision measurements in the lab or on the shop floor; Surface Roughness Tester Profilometers with a number of different roughness parameters including Ra, Rq(Rms), Rt, Rz and Rmax; Vibration Testers with RMS velocities in millimeters per second and inches per second with LCD readouts; Coating Thickness Gauges for measuring coating thickness in automotive and industrial applications; Force Gauges used with or without the universal optional stand to provide extremely sensitive and highly accurate tension and compression measurements; New for 2015, the Phase II PHT-5000 Optical Brinell Hardness Video Measurement System is used with your brinell hardness tester to accurately determine the hardness of your parts.
Brystar Metrology Tools specializes in the repair and refurbishing of dead-weight style Rockwell hardness testers including most foreign and domestic models, particularly the Wilson Rockwell 3R, 3S, 1JR, 3JR, 4JR, 5JR, 6JR, 1JS, 3JS, 4JS, 5JS, 3TT, 4TT, 5TT, 6TT black J-frame testers as well as the 500 and 600 Wilson Rockwell series. We offer different levels of service from small repairs to complete refurbishing of your hardness tester. We will work with you. Having problems with your dial? Remove it and send it in for repair to avoid crating and sending in the whole tester. Replacement parts are also available for most models.
