Quality:

This tester is calibrated to commonly used scales. example: regular Rockwell testers are calibrated on the B & C scales, superficial Rockwell Testers are calibrated on the 30N & 15T scales and twin Rockwell testers are calibrated on the B, C, 30N and 15T scales, with documentation and sticker included. Please let us know if you are using other scales so we can verify the calibration before shipping. If your company requires "certification", please contact your local service. To meet the current ASTM standard, your hardness tester must be certified at your location.

Brystar Tools completely disassembles each unit for a full inspection of all parts to ensure they are in specification. If any parts are out of specification, they are replaced. If dial faces are worn and discolored, they are replaced. Each of our Refurbished testers are in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition before leaving our facility.

Warranty:

Brystar Tools offers a full one year warranty on all reconditioned and refurbished hardness testers less all travel and/or shipping related expenses.

Handling:
Brystar Tools ships each hardness tester in a custom crate. The units are shipped fully crated, upright, stretch wrapped, with proper bracing and blocking, and all sensitive areas padded and well protected against vibration. There is no additional fee for this service.
