The JDM 100 is designed to test large diameters, rolls and pipes. It's heavy duty cast anodized aluminum frame is designed to withstand harsh environments. When used with the optional chain clamp assembly, power is not even required! This makes the JDM 100 a versatile option for all your portable hardness testing requirements at your facility or in the field.
The industrial grade electro-magnet base clamps the part to prohibit axial or side loading. For areas without power, an optional chain clamp assembly is available. The accurate, repeatable spring box load mechanism assures repeatability and uniformity. The JDM 100 complies with ASTM E-110.
